Have you ever wondered what sort of pre-ancient artifacts riddle the shtudio where a lot of Heavy Herb's music is created?

Item 1 : Section of Intact Birch Bark That Looks Into the Future

I was gifted this birch bark from my really good buddy Tony.  I am always tempted to set it on fire and go full pyromaniac but so far I have held back because it looks great and has this little face on it.  I enjoy having this little spirit hanging out with me and watching, listening, and adding little bits of Birch love and wisdom in its own mysterious ways. Call me a hoarder if you want but I think I might just keep this around forever because, damn, that's a nice piece of tree <3

Item 2 : Tank of Danger and Hot Fire

Speaking of being obsessed with that hot fire shiiiit, here is a small tank of butane/propane that I use for camping and hiking.  I love being outdoors, and I love to bushcraft and camp and all that jazz so when I get back from adventures, generally I find it hard to put my gear away because I just like to look at it; it's just so nice to have around because it reminds me of the woods.  Have you ever wondered why when you touch something like this at room temperature...why it feels cold? It's most likely because your room is less than 37 degrees celsius (body temp) haha.

Item 3 : Juggling Balls

Since I was a kid in elementary school, I have been a juggler.  One of my favourite quirky fun facts about myself is that three summers in a row, me and my childhood friends took up circus camp in the summers.  We learned how to ride unicycles, walk on stilts, do slapstick comedy (hitting each other without actually hitting each other for comedic effect), walking tight ropes, and juggling.

I would have to put juggling at the top of the list for "most satisfying mental and physical activities to keep the mind quiet and peaceful".  It's one of those very meditative acts that seems to take all my brain power to keep it going.  Of course, as soon as I lose strength or focus, it tells me by dropping a ball.  I can only imagine the joy and peace that juggling for an hour straight would bring.  I've never done that because after 5 minutes I get too stoked and get distracted by trying out tricks.

When I bump Tropical Xmas on repeat my room exceeds 37 degrees Celcius (body temp). Can confirm. Works best during winter.
